FeedKill Watch privacy policy

FeedKill Watch is developed and supported by Phoenix Digital Growth. This policy explains the app-specific information processed to provide the service.

Data processed

Product identifiers, titles, publication status, feed-health results, imported Merchant Center disapprovals, app settings, and OAuth session data. Configured email digests also process merchant contact details, temporary pending-digest snapshots, and delivery receipt metadata.

Use and sharing

The app does not request or store Shopify customer, buyer, or order records and does not use merchant data for advertising. Resend processes email digests; Cloudflare verifies and routes signed delivery events when tracking is enabled.

Retention and deletion

Shop data is removed through Shopify's mandatory compliance and uninstall workflows.

Shopify privacy requests

The app responds to Shopify's mandatory customers/data_request, customers/redact, shop/redact, and app/uninstalled workflows as applicable to its data model.
