ReturnFence privacy policy

ReturnFence is developed and supported by Phoenix Digital Growth. This policy explains the app-specific information processed to provide the service.

Data processed

Order IDs, totals, line items, tags, customer identifiers, recent order/refund history, app settings, and review records needed to provide the service.

Use and sharing

Shopify, Vercel, Supabase, and Resend support app delivery, data storage, billing, and optional alerts.

Retention and deletion

Shop and customer-linked data is removed through Shopify's mandatory compliance and uninstall workflows.

Shopify privacy requests

The app responds to Shopify's mandatory customers/data_request, customers/redact, shop/redact, and app/uninstalled workflows as applicable to its data model.
