TierDraft privacy policy

TierDraft is developed and supported by Phoenix Digital Growth. This policy explains the app-specific information processed to provide the service.

Data processed

Shop and staff session data, price-list configuration, customer tags, SKU mappings, contracted prices, draft-order logs, customer identifiers, and billing status.

Use and sharing

Customer tags are used only to match buyers to contracted price lists and are not sold or used for advertising.

Retention and deletion

Uninstall and Shopify compliance workflows delete shop data or redact customer identifiers as applicable.

Shopify privacy requests

The app responds to Shopify's mandatory customers/data_request, customers/redact, shop/redact, and app/uninstalled workflows as applicable to its data model.
